This marked the first appearances of [[Vicki Pallister|Vicki]] and [[Steven Taylor|Steven]] since their final television appearances in [[1965 (releases)|1965]] and [[1966 (releases)|1966]] respectively. It was also the first novelisation to feature Steven, and indeed the first non-television story to do so.

The Myth Makers was a novelisation based on the 1965 television serial The Myth Makers.

This marked the first appearances of Vicki and Steven since their final television appearances in 1965 and 1966 respectively. It was also the first novelisation to feature Steven, and indeed the first non-television story to do so.
