Yee Jee Tso (born 10 March 1975) played Chang Lee in the 1996 Doctor Who telemovie. He is a native of Canada.

His other television roles include guest appearances on Sliders (1995), and Stargate SG-1. Tso also played the role of Teddy Chin in Antitrust (2001).

Tso's Doctor Who connection continued when he played the part of Doctor Reece Goddard in the webcast Real Time produced by Big Finish Productions, and the part of Major Jal Brant in the audio drama Excelis Decays in 2002. Tso later played Warrant Officer Charlie Sato in the audio drama Tales from the Vault in 2011.
