A Comedy of Terrors was the second short story in Twelve Doctors of Christmas, featuring the Second Doctor.
Summary
The Second Doctor, along with Jamie and Zoe, arrive on The Royal pace Cruiser, Starlight. The starship was carrying The Princess Triana of the Sita Federation to the planet Luxona.[statement unclear] Shortly after arriving, the Doctor decides that something "smells" off and they decide to stay to investigate, disguised as Shakespearean actors.
Characters
References
- The Second Doctor is familiar with the natives of Raxacoricofallapatorius.
Notes
- Despite being described as orange, like the Slitheen-Blathereen, the Hanazeen-Blathereen is depicted in the illustration as having green skin like the Slitheen and indeed the Blathereen in The Monsters Inside. Curiously, she is also seen without a compression field collar.
Continuity
- The Doctor would battle Raxacoricofallapatorians again during his ninth (TV: Aliens of London / World War Three, Boom Town; PROSE: The Monsters Inside) and tenth incarnations. (AUDIO: The Taste of Death, PROSE: The Slitheen Excursion)
