The Harrigain were an alien race that resembled bipedal hippos.
General Onarr represented the Harrigain High Command at Addison Delamar's auction for the Ninth Doctor's memories. He was killed by Delmar after she was cyber-converted by a Cybermat. When a fight broke out between the Harrigain, Church of the Evergreen Man, Shreekers, and Cybermen, the Doctor overwhelmed them with his memories of the Last Great Time War. The Harrigain were consumed by grief and retreated. (COMIC: The Bidding War)
