After the War Doctor altered the timeline by erasing the time eradicator from history, undoing the assassinations, Rasmus was aware of this and sent Tamasan to Atherea to congratulate him. Rasmus helped the decommissioning of the war effort as the Time Lords struggled to understand their former enemy they could not remember.
