The Gloucester Incident (PROSE: The Monster Vault) was the event in which the Division attempted to capture the Fugitive Doctor on Earth. (TV: Fugitive of the Judoon)
Aftermath and legacy
Yaz told her sister Sonya that she had visited Gloucester amongst other places when she stopped home. Sonya had heard from their father Hakim that there had been "a thing" in Gloucester, which she believed was something to do with Russians. Yaz told her that it had "nowt" to do with Russians. (TV: Can You Hear Me?)
The Doctor and Team TARDIS ultimately encountered the Lone Cyberman, Ashad, at Villa Diodati in 1816, where the Doctor was forced to give him the Cyberium, (TV: The Haunting of Villa Diodati) embroiling her in the restoration of the Cyber-Empire. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen) The Doctor was then captured by a Judoon cold case unit (TV: The Timeless Children) and imprisoned in a maximum security facility where, after some decades, she escaped with the assistance of Captain Jack. When asked, she confessed to giving over the Cyberium but that she also "fixed it. Eventually. Just about. Sort of." She also recalled having initially evaded the Judoon "twice at once". (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)
During the Master's Dalek Plan, Yaz recognised the Fugitive Doctor form adopted by the Holo-Doctor as a tour guide from Gloucester. (TV: The Power of the Doctor)
