The Church on Ruby Road will be the first Target novelisations based upon season one of Doctor Who,[1] released on 25 January 2024 by Target Books[1] and written by Esmie Jikiemi-Pearson.[2]
This will be the first novelisation to be written by a person of colour, specifically a Black woman.
