The Baxters were guests at the wedding of Stuart Hoskins and Sarah Clark. They hadn't arrived when Rose and Pete Tyler showed up. Presumably, they were consumed by the Reapers which appeared when Rose Tyler disrupted the Web of Time by saving her father and restored when Pete sacrificed himself to save the world.
