Minecraft was a video game based on creativity.

The game was programmed in 2008 by Markus Persson and published by Mojang Studios. It was publicly released on PC in 2009. Mojang was purchased by Microsoft in 2014.

On 3 October 2014, a selection of Doctor Who "skins" were released for the game on Xbox 360. The pack cost £1.99.
