Androgar was the liaison between the High Council and the War Council and an Under-Colonel during the Last Great Time War. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords, The Day of the Doctor)

Biography

Like all Time Lords, Androgar was taken from his family at the age of eight for the selection process in the Drylands. Staring into the Untempered Schism as part of a Time Lord initiation rite, Androgar was inspired by what he saw in the Schism. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords)

On the last day of the Last Great Time War, Androgar worked closely with the General and reported on the War Doctor's ultimatum at the Fall of Arcadia and on the Council's plans to the General. He later accompanied him into the Time Vaults to investigate the Doctor's break-in.

Later that day, Androgar was present when all thirteen Doctors appeared and enacted their plan to save Gallifrey and defeat the Daleks. (TV: The Day of the Doctor)
