Unlike standard Daleks the Saucer Commander had a black dome and black and silver slants and served as the second-in-command to the Supreme Dalek. The Commander, along with the Supreme Dalek and the Dalek fleet was destroyed at the climax of the story by the uprush from the exploding Penatrative Explosive Capsule (DW: The Dalek Invasion of Earth)
