The Red Dalek's subordinate. (PROSE: Dalek Combat Training Manual)

A subordinate Dalek distinguished by its red dome supported "a red Dalek leader" during the conflict against the Space Security Service. It was recorded in the Dalek Combat Training Manual compiled by the Time Lords during the Last Great Time War, the Gallifreyans having done "meticulous research" into Dalek history. (PROSE: Dalek Combat Training Manual)

Characteristics

The subordinate was shaped identically to its contemporaries, the red Dalek leader and the silver Dalek drones, whom were designated by the Time Lords as "Type III" casings. This variant of the Type III casing sported large blue luminosity dischargers and slats but with a larger base unit matching the Dalek Earthforce. (PROSE: Dalek Combat Training Manual)

Other Red Dome Daleks

A red-domed silver Dalek supported the black-and-gold Dalek leader who captured various Earth naval vessels and raided Sydney Harbour. (COMIC: *Sub Zero)

In the time of the Restoration Empire, the Scientist Dalek of the Dalek Time Squad, had a mostly silver "Type VIII" casing with a red dome as well as slats, weapons platform boxes, and sense globes. (PROSE: The Guide to the Dark Times)
