Transmission from Mars was a short webcast produced by Big Finish Productions to advertise and serve as a prequel to The Triumph of Sutekh.
Synopsis
Professor Bernice Summerfield is trapped on Mars! After witnessing the rise of the all powerful Egyptian God Sutekh she tries to warn the people of the impending doom that approaches all.
Plot
Trapped in a pyramid with her guide dead, Bernice Summerfield sends out a message on what she hopes is an emergency frequency for the people of Mars. She tells them that Egyptian gods are real, that they came from Phaester Osiris and that Sutekh has returned to life. Without the only man who can stop him, the war between the people of Mars has to end.
The transmission cuts out and Sutekh offers the gift of witnessing his rebirth before he brings death.

- This story marks the first licensed live-action appearance of Bernice Summerfield, although Bowerman had previously appeared as the character in the unlicensed 2004 home video production The Crystal Conundrum, also starring Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor and Frazer Hines as Jamie McCrimmon in equally-unofficial capacities.
