Rory's Story was a webcast mini-episode that was made specifically for the Doctor Who: Lockdown! event, to coincide with the global online rewatch of The Doctor's Wife. It was also a direct sequel to the partially unfinished mini-episode P.S., as it written around Anthony Williams. Amy and Rory's adopted son, who was introduced in P.S..

Plot[[edit] | [edit source]]

Rory is in his home in 1946, recording a dictation for a book he's writing for his future adopted son Anthony on "the only working smart phone in the world", as Anthony is to be brought to his home in a week's time. After admitting that he is not a writer, he proceeds to recount the chapters he has already written. He is about to enter the next chapter entitled "I'm the Pretty One", when his wife, Amy Williams, calls for him to come and help her paint the baby's room — to which he hurriedly shuts off the phone to go and do so, so as not to earn Amy's ire.
