Season 9 of Doctor Who ran between 1 January 1972 and 24 June 1972. It starred Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor and Katy Manning as Jo Grant. The season opened with Day of the Daleks and concluded with The Time Monster.
Overview
It consisted of five serials and twenty-six episodes. Day of the Daleks re-introduced the Daleks to the series after a half-decade absence.
