The Iron Maid was the third story in The Second Doctor: Volume Two.

The TARDIS has arrived in France in the fourteenth century - a time of devastation and despair. In an empty church beside a crowded graveyard, Zoe meets a woman who claims to see a dreadful future waiting for the world.

- One interesting aspect to this story's format is there is only one scene where Wendy Padbury provides narration (in-character as Zoe) for both the Doctor and Jamie. All other scenes featuring the Doctor and/or Jamie have Frazer Hines providing voicework.
