The Image Makers was a TV Comic comic story that featured the Fourth Doctor.

It was the final original TVC story. After that, the magazine only reprinted old comic stories and replaced the old Doctors with the Fourth.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Turags are stranded on the planet of the Bukats and use deadly image-projecting technology to protect themselves, in turn leading the Bukats to believe them to be hostile.

Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • This was the very last Doctor Who comic strip published before the start of Doctor Who Magazine. The last lines were provided by the Doctor: "You can help me find the TARDIS, so I can depart myself — I'm afraid I've forgotten where I left it!"
