Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

In 1989, on the day the Wall fell in Berlin, the Ninth Doctor barged into rewboss and apologised. The Doctor grinned upon recognising rewboss, although rewboss had never met the Doctor before. The Doctor then disappeared into the crowd.

In 1991, in Wolverhampton, rewboss encountered the Doctor and said hello, mentioning the previous time they met in Berlin, but the Doctor didn't remember. rewboss believed the Doctor had merely forgotten him in the couple of years that had passed.

In March 2005, rewboss wrote about his encounter with the Ninth Doctor on the conspiracy website Doctor Who? run by Clive Finch, where he dismissively wrote that the Doctor wasn't part of a conspiracy. In early 2006, rewboss commented on the site regarding a purported photograph from 1869 of Charles Dickens featuring the Doctor and Rose Tyler. rewboss believed that the photo "obviously" must be a fake, pointing out that "this "Doctor" character" was wearing clothes straight from the 21st century, and that portraits of this type were impossible in 1869; an exposure lasted one or two seconds in broad daylight. In any case, rewboss asked how could the same man appear in photos right up to the present day, which would make him about one hundred and fifty years old. Ridiculing the notion that the Doctor was some kind of time traveller, rewboss sarcastically suggested that he had met HG Wells and Leonardo da Vinci, going on to suggest that the webmaster would like to tie him in with the disappearance of Susan Foreman in 1963. After a Slitheen craft crashed in the River Thames on 6 March 2006, rewboss commented again on Whovis Doctor Who?, dismissing the crash as a smokescreen orchestrated by the the government for the "real conspiracy" which he believed to be a "top secret military plane that got out of control". He also questioned the identity of squidbaby23 and her reluctance to share the source of her pictures, as well how "Pigs in Space" was very "Muppet Show".
