TB 4 Trapped! was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article made reference to the Thunderbirds comic story Solar Danger [+]Loading...["Solar Danger (comic story)"], which was a crossover with the DWU.

- Thunderbird 2 stands by on automatic hover above the surface of the lake, ready to winch Thunderbird 3 to safety, while Gordon in Thunderbird 4 probes the lake-bed to lock on recovery clamps.
- A shoal of small amphibians, numbering millions of creatures, has totally engulfed TB 4. The amphibians, which are minute forms of lake monster, threaten to jam the motors and explode the drive reactor.
- Even a minute of delay in helping Gordon could mean that he is doomed.
