On 15 January 1692, the First Doctor warned Barbara Wright of the Salem witch trials, but she mistakenly assured him that the year was in fact 1691. Meanwhile, Susan escaped from the inn in which they were staying, and visited Mary Warren to discuss the events of the previous day. After being unable to talk sense into her, Susan was attacked by Goodman Proctor. On the same day, the Doctor first met Rebecca Nurse. (PROSE: The Witch Hunters)
