Disaster! was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article instead made reference to the Thunderbirds comic story Solar Danger, which was a crossover with the DWU.

- The series of misadventures lately plaguing the W.A.S.P. submarine Stingray have revealed to be part of an immense sabotage attempt.
- As Stingray surfaced on England's south coast to take part in the Battle of Hastings millennium celebrations, the saboteur revealed himself in his true colours but thanks to prompt action by Lieutenant Phones Sheridan, he failed in his bid to destroy the leading envoys of the World's navies.
- It has been positively established that the saboteur is the Hood, who was already branded Public Enemy Number One by both international and interplanetary security forces.
