Supreme Controller was a Controller rank held by certain Daleks.
History
The title of Supreme Controller (TV: The Dalek Invasion of Earth) was held by the Black Dalek Leader (PROSE: The History of the Daleks) while it managed the Bedfordshire operation. (TV: The Dalek Invasion of Earth) It also held the rank of Dalek Supreme. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Dalek Invasion of Earth)
A Red Dalek was Supreme Controller of the sector of the planet Celatron. The Dalek Supreme was its direct superior. While that meant the ranks of Dalek Supreme and Supreme Controller could be separate, (AUDIO: "Death to the Daleks!") the Dalek Combat Training Manual produced during the Last Great Time War claimed the ranks were one in the same.
