Biography
Jenny Maguire had a mother. (PROSE: Number Ten) Maguire evidently knew Major Frost on a personal basis prior to 2006, being familiar with, at least, her famous fiery personality. (PROSE: Operation London, Number Ten) She also seemed to have met the Doctor previously, not thinking much of him. (PROSE: Operation London, Number Ten)
On 28 June 2006, (PROSE: Operation London) or as other accounts dated it, 6 March, (TV: Aliens of London, The Secret Lives of Monsters, et al.) or even sometime prior to 26 May, (PROSE: Number Ten Pays Tribute to UNIT) Major Jenny Maguire submitted an initial assessment of the crash of an alien craft into the River Thames on an operations board, mentioning the unhelpfulness of the government and how the craft was spotted on fifty-seven traffic cams. When a "space pig" was retrieved from the crashed ship, she told Corporal J Frinkstein to remain careful around it, despite its cute appearance, as it could've been hostile. She joked about releasing a squiddy thing from the stores onto the press.
Later that day, the government remained to be unhelpful, which Maguire believed was due to either them not wanting to contain the situation or simply not caring about it, thoguh they did ask for a group of experts to be sent to No 10, including Frost and her team from Geneva. When "he" arrived, she thought he had some nerve, expressing a desire to slap him. (PROSE: Operation London)
After Asquith Slitheen and Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen killed all of the experts at Ten Downing Street via electrocution, directed from their ID card, barring the Ninth Doctor, (TV: Aliens of London) Major Maguire had to officially announce the deaths of the experts, including Frost and her Geneva EVA team, which saddened her. She had to speak to the UK-based families, and she stated that a proper statement and tribute would come soon. She was flummoxed at the destruction unleashed on that day, and Captain A. Frederick told her that the PM wanted to brief Major Maguire at the acting office in Westminster on the deaths of Frost and her team, and the involvement of the Doctor. She told Frederick that she would, after she finished seeing the coffins off the air strip. (PROSE: Number Ten)
