Wink was the third and final story in the Out of Time series, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Lisa McMullin and featured David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor and Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor.

When the Sixth Doctor goes sight-seeing on Lucidus Silvara, he finds himself in a place where nothing is visible at all...only all-encompassing light! Continuity

• The Tenth Doctor is refusing to accept his fate, despite the TARDIS wanting to take him there. (TV: The End of Time)
• The Sixth Doctor suggests winking as a way of halting the Weeping Angels. Amy Pond was somewhat more successful in this method. (TV: The Time of Angels)
• Upon meeting the Sixth Doctor, the Tenth Doctor exclaims "not again", in reference to him having recently fought the Daleks alongside the Fourth Doctor, and then later, the Cybermen alongside the Fifth Doctor. (AUDIO: Out of Time, The Gates of Hell)
• The Sixth Doctor is surprised and appalled that the Tenth Doctor is able to lock and unlock the TARDIS with a key fob. • The Seventh Doctor would also suggest the Sixth Doctor "turn down the volume" on his trousers in a future meeting. (AUDIO: Collision Course)
