Asclepius
You may be looking for Lady Aesculapius.

Asclepius was an Olympian. He lived in the temple of Olympus, where he served as a scientist and doctor. The life spores were stored in Asclepius's laboratory, where he used them to create men, hoping to perfect them according to Zeus's wishes. He carried a mechanical rod which could non-intrusively scan a specimen's biology; when the Fourth Doctor was sent his lab, Ascelpius scanned him and was intrigued to find that he had two hearts. (COMIC: The Life Bringer!)

Marc described the Welkin Sanatorium and Centre for Wellness as a temple of Asclepius. (AUDIO: The Lost Resort)

Appearance

Ascelpius was taller and larger than a human. When he met the Fourth Doctor, he looked like a balding elderly man, with long white hair and a beard. (COMIC: The Life Bringer!)
