Secret Code was the fifth webcast released exclusively on the BBC's Who is Doctor Who? website on 13 May 2006 to coincide with series two of Doctor Who, specifically the story Rise of the Cybermen.

The webcast featured Ricky Smith in the first part, and Mickey Smith in the second, both parts bookending the alternate reality game Cybus Spy. However, the exact narrative details are unknown, as this webcast is lost media, due to the fact that it was hosted on obselete versions of media playing software — Windows Media Player and RealPlayer — and no official or unofficial rerelease of this webcast exists. However, the BBC provided a "text message" version of the dialogue, thus providing some details about the narrative, although only for part one.
