In addition, BBC Books also published Illegal Alien [+]Loading...["Illegal Alien (novel)"] and War of the Daleks [+]Loading...["War of the Daleks (novel)"], both on 6 October 1997. These were also effectively novelisations of unproduced TV stories, much in the same way as Doctor Who and the Krikkitmen [+]Loading...["Doctor Who and the Krikkitmen (novelisation)"] and Scratchman [+]Loading...["Scratchman (novelisation)"]. However, they were released as part of the BBC Past Doctor Adventures and BBC Eighth Doctor Adventures respectively and adapted to suit those ranges.
