Hurley Hall

Hurley Hall was the home of Mr and Mrs Hurley and their son William Hurley. Cathy Roberts worked there as a servant.
On 14 August 1819, the Fifth Doctor crashed his TARDIS in the grounds of Hurley. The Hurleys provided rooms in the hall for the Doctor and his companions Nyssa and Tegan Jovanka for a couple of days. Thomas Tyler was also staying at the hall at this time. (AUDIO: The Peterloo Massacre)
