List of fan works in which official actors reprised their roles

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
RealWorld.png

Many unlicensed works of fiction have featured actors who previously portrayed Doctor Who-related characters in official works, reprising those roles. Though similar, the phenomenon is distinct from the reprisals of such roles in spin-off productions that were not licensed by the BBC, but were licensed by the characters' individual copyright holders.

For obvious reasons, however, these unlicensed works still left their mark on the broader history of licensed Doctor Who. For example, audio of Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor in the fan film Devious was incorporated into Big Finish Productions' Zagreus, and a pared-down, unfinished version of Devious was awarded a licensed release by the BBC as a bonus feature to The War Games.
