Minko was one of Bernice Summerfield's students at the Braxiatel Collection in 2607.
Minko was chastised by Bev Tarrant for strangling another student, Xing Xang. He was later found having sex with her and asked Benny to join them. He later exposed himself in one of her lectures. (AUDIO: Summer of Love)
