Sally was a woman who was a friend-of-a-friend of Liz Haggard's by 2021.
In the early months of that year, Sally began to meet with a group of London-based sanguinarians, humans who consensually drank each other's blood for recreation. She initially enjoyed herself, but was unsettled by an even newer arrival to the group, a mysterious young man called Ichor who quickly became popular within the community, both thanks to his supernatural charisma and because his ichor acted like a pleasurable drug for the drinkers. Sally was the only sanguinarian who initially resisted his charms. Unbeknownst to her, Ichor was actually a Greek god who had made a deal with a ghost to harvest life force from the sanguinarians whenever they consumed his blood, in exchange for the ghost's help in stepping onto the mortal plane. Over time, Ichor realised the ghost had nefarious intentions and would never let him go free of the deal.
However, he could only end the deal by hanging himself ritually, and was unwilling to do so without having finished his work. Eventually, he convinced Sally to sleep with him, having made it clear that she was under no obligation to do so. She never saw him again; once he was certain that Sally was pregnant with his child and that his immortal boodline would thus continue, Ichor hanged himself in a cemetery, foiling the ghost's plans. As Sally was a friend-of-a-friend of Liz Haggard's, Ichor's death was investigated by P.R.O.B.E., who managed to uncover the truth thanks to the group's psychic, Azacca Dixon, managing to read the spited ghost's lingering thoughtwaves.
