The Grey Man of the Mountain (audio story)

Something with heavy footsteps, striking terror in the hearts of those who sense it. With climbers going missing, retired Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart visits Scotland to investigate.

But when some old friends join his ascent, he worries that they will make things even more dangerous. As the snows blow in, and mists surround them, the Doctor, Ace and the Brigadier will face the Grey Man of the Mountain...

This audio drama was recorded on 23 and 24 July 2020 at the Soundhouse and remotely.
This is the only Main Range audio drama to feature Jon Culshaw as the Brigadier.
This was Ace and the Brigadier's last appearance in the Monthly Adventures range.

Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart references his previous adventures with the Doctor, mentioning the Yeti, (TV: The Web of Fear) the encounter with Morgaine, (TV: Battlefield) and fighting the Loch Ness Monster. (TV: Terror of the Zygons)
Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart mentions the Doctor's travels to the Himalayas. (TV: The Abominable Snowmen)
Kirsty would not be the only travel vlogger the Doctor would encounter, as she would meet Gabriela Camara in her Thirteenth incarnation. (TV: Praxeus)
