In 1992, Charlie Pocket and his wife were married in Las Vegas. As they quickly needed a witness and a best man for the wedding, they grabbed the first couple they could find; the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler. The Doctor and Rose subsequently attended the couple's wedding, with the Doctor signing their marriage certificate as 'Doctor John Smith'.
In early 2005, Charlie wrote about this encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
