The "extended fam". (TV: Resolution)

"Fam" was a term that the Thirteenth Doctor had taken to calling her companions.

She initially considered the name along with "troops", "team", and "gang". (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth, Arachnids in the UK) Despite later settling with the term team TARDIS, (TV: Arachnids in the UK) she brought up the possibility again, which was rejected by her companions. (TV: The Witchfinders) The next time she brought it up, Yasmin Khan expressed some liking to it, but Ryan Sinclair and Graham O'Brien were still not convinced. (TV: The Battle of Ranksoor Av Kolos)

When Lin, Mitch and Aaron tagged along with Team TARDIS, she referred to the whole group as her "extended fam". (TV: Resolution)

She addressed her three companions this way when talking on the phone (TV: Spyfall) and when giving them orders. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen) Upon regaining consciousness, she called them "[her] fam". (TV: The Timeless Children)

She even addressed all thirteen of her predecessors this way when speaking with them over the TARDIS' telepathic circuits; the Sixth Doctor was outraged upon hearing the word, while the Tenth Doctor expressed his liking for it. (WC: Doctors Assemble!)

When Graham O'Brien and Ryan Sinclair left the TARDIS, the Doctor gave a mournful "bye fam" during a group hug. (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)

In his plan to steal the Doctor's identity, the Spy Master referred to his CyberMasters along with the Cybermen and the Daleks, who allied with him to eliminate the Doctor, as his "precious fam". Later, the Doctor referred to the gathering of Yaz, Graham, Kate Stewart, Ace and Tegan Jovanka as her "extended fam". (TV: The Power of the Doctor)
