Ghost Castle Mutiny was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Framed as the front page of an in-universe periodical, the titular article made reference to the Stingray content in the issue with a smaller piece tying-in to the Lady Penelope comic story The Return of Mr. Steelman [+]Loading...["The Return of Mr. Steelman (comic story)"], which was a crossover with the DWU.

- On Saturday 6 July, twelve scientists and technicians working at tracking station 17 mutineered and deserted their posts, claiming the castle was haunted by ghostly apparitions and moans in the night.
- In his position as Marineville's controller, Commander Shore immediately put the men under close arrest and called their story "nonsense".
- The French section of the European Police Force has issued a wanted notice for Lady Penelope stating that she has escaped from prison awaiting trial on charges of "bomb plotting".
