Reginald Jones was a reader of the website Who is Doctor Who?.

In 2006, prior to the London UFO crash, Reginald reported to Who is Doctor Who? that, as he spoke, the Ninth Doctor was sitting in the other room. Reginald had stalled the Doctor "but for who knows how long", having offered him a spot of tea. Reginald thought that the Doctor is disconnecting his antenna from his television at the moment, adding that there was no sign of Rose Tyler and that he was afraid to ask.
