The Flesh Unbound is the second story of The Cybermen series featuring the Cybermen on Mondas and the Silurians native to their planet. It does not feature the Doctor.

Plot[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Cybermen are constructing a city with the aid of their Saurian mounts. They accidentally free a creature which was buried deep beneath the surface. It takes control of the Saurians and turn them against the Cybermen. The creature, R'lyeh, was engineered by the Lizard Kings to shape the land, but they imprisoned it when it grew out of control. The Cybermen attack it, but it just feeds on their energy blasts. Instead, they decide to use the same method the Lizard Kings used to re-imprison it, and the Saurians begin eating its stray tendrils.
