Victoria was an asteroid in the Sol system. It was where the Time Lord, Galah had materialised her TARDIS and hooked herself up to the Protyon Unit within TARDIS's console, creating a dreamscape based on Wychborn House in which the Seventh Doctor, Ace, and Benny were trapped.
