Mermaid Quay was a waterside location in the Cardiff Bay district of Cardiff. A tourist office was located there which hid an entrance to the Torchwood Hub. (PROSE: Another Life)

Following the death of Ianto Jones, fans of Torchwood created an impromptu shrine to the character at Mermaid Quay.
