Harrowby Lane was a lane in Cardiff linked to Harrowby Street. It was located south of Butetown.
Gwen Cooper and Rhys Williams ran through a tight cluster of residential streets to get to Harrowby Lane from Clarence Embankment. The pair stopped for a rest in an alley between Harrowby Lane and Harrowby Street. After a brief phone call with Jack Harkness, they decided to head for Cardiff's Central Police Headquarters.
