Barrett Street was a street in Cardiff. On one night in 2008, Paul Talbot came into contact with Rift activity on Barrett Street while walking home from the pub. This exposure caused his DNA to mutate, turning him into a cannibal with an increased metabolism. (PROSE: Monster)
