Harrowby Street was a street in Cardiff linked to Harrowby Lane. It was located south of Butetown.
After running from Bradford Street and across Clarence Bridge to Harrowby Lane via Clarence Embankment, Gwen Cooper and Rhys Williams stopped for a rest in an alley between Harrowby Lane and Harrowby Street. After a brief phone call with Jack Harkness, they decided to head for Cardiff's Central Police Headquarters. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
When Brent Hayden was recording an episode of Tomorrow's Truth, he was interrupted by a woman who asked him if they were on Harrowby Street. (AUDIO: The Man Who Destroyed Torchwood)
