Tales of the TARDIS is a spin-off series of Doctor Who in six parts which was created as part of the 60th Anniversary of the show and featured as part of The Whoniverse, a new home on BBC iPlayer for all DWU content.
The spin-off was overseen by showrunner Russell T Davies along with Julie Gardner and Jane Tranter, and was written by Davies, Pete McTighe and Phil Ford. Sam Watts, who was composer on The Sarah Jane Adventures, returned to score the episodes.
