Steve Zodiac Alive! was a short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe. Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]
to be added
Characters[[edit] | [edit source]]
Worldbuilding[[edit] | [edit source]]
- The true story of Steve Zodiac's disappearance will be known when Fireball XL5 returns to Earth in six weeks' time.
- All that has been revealed at present is that Space Atoll 940, one of the many hundreds of uninhabited planets in the Astran Space Empire, has been devestated by an explosion.
- The Hood has succeeded in finally obtaining the location of International Rescue's base on Tracy Island and photographs of Thunderbird 2 after enacting his "cunning plan" to crash a massive passenger plane into the island.
- Newspapers across the world bear a devestating headline — "THUNDERBIRDS HIDEOUT EXPOSED!" — which the IR team have feared for so long would leak out eventually.
- Jeff Tracy has appealed to TV 21 to do all it can to combat the Hood's blow, an aim the publication agrees with. It is also performing a unique service to its readers by bringing them the undercover story behind Operation Cover-Up, a move being put into action at this moment which will disguise the International Rescue headquarters.
Story notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- This story is another crossover with Fireball XL5 and Thunderbirds.
Continuity[[edit] | [edit source]]
- World Space Patrol hero Steve Zodiac had been missing and presumed deceased for eight weeks. (PROSE: Mars Ship Hi-Jacked)
- The first indication that Zodiac was alive was a normal report from XL5 that it was resuming patrol of Sector 23. Space City controller, Commander Zero, immediately ordered Zodiac back to Earth for a full report. (COMIC: The Shrink Ray)
- Joe Meesh, who was accompanying an Astran Press delegation in the search for Zodiac, has delivered his news report. (PROSE: Joe Meesh)
