Secret Code was the fifth mini-episode and twenty-third release published exclusively on the BBC's Defending the Earth! website on 13 May 2006[source needed] to coincide with series two of Doctor Who, specifically the story Rise of the Cybermen. It was written by Joseph Lidster and produced by Rob Francis.[1]
The webcast featured Ricky Smith in the first part, and Mickey Smith in the second, both parts bookending the alternate reality game Cybus Spy. However, the exact narrative details are unknown, as this webcast is lost media, due to the fact that it was hosted on obselete versions of media playing software — Windows Media Player and RealPlayer — and no official or unofficial rerelease of this webcast exists.
