Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]
to be added
Characters[[edit] | [edit source]]
Worldbuilding[[edit] | [edit source]]
- The World Space Patrol has broken the news that Fireball XL5 will be fitted with a revolutionary new heliotomic engine, designed and built by Doctor Velot at the Venus Weapons Research Establishment.
- The engine produces enough thrust to lift half of London twenty feet off the ground. It will also allow XL5 to travel at Velot 4, four times the speed of light.
- Captain Tempest has assumed command of Marineville following the suspension of Commander Shore by the World Security Patrol.
Story notes[[edit] | [edit source]]
- This story is another crossover with Fireball XL5 and Stingray.
Continuity[[edit] | [edit source]]
- Fireball XL5 will be fitted with the new engine upon its return from Uraniture. (COMIC: Icemen of Space, PROSE: Ice Planet Mystery)
- Commander Shore's suspension comes after Marshal Ketov's charge of negligence in the handling of the B1 bathyscaphe attack. A full W.A.S.P. investigation is to be held. (PROSE: World Government Official Missing, New York Blaze)
