Publisher's summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

Notes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • Vastra takes a seven-per-cent bone solution to intimidate Skark and his troops into submission, a reference to the seven-per-cent cocaine solution Sherlock Holmes takes in the novel The Sign of Four. Cocaine and other narcotic stimulants are a common downtime for Holmes when not involved in criminal cases, which would give him the intellectual stimulation he so distinctly craves - as the power of the solution and it's source continue to tempt Vastra throughout this story.

Footnotes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  1. Though Big Finish lists this as 1.9 (as part of the overall range), it could also be described as 3.3 (within Heritage specifically).
