One incarnation of the Time Lord Andredocelus (Andred for short) was Commander of the Chancellery Guard. Prior to his regeneration, he married Leela.

Andred arrested the Fourth Doctor due to his unauthorised TARDIS use and found himself attracted to Leela, (TV: The Invasion of Time) who was a far cry to the Time Ladies he met in the Capitol.
