Fantastic Weapon Blasts Daleks, subtitled 25 Anti-Dalek Neutron Exterminators To Be Won!, was a 21 competition printed in TV Century 21 focusing heavily, as the name suggests, around the Daleks.

The competition was started in TV21 45 where the rules and prizes were outlined. It was the most in-universe of any TV21 competition to that date, being announced with a faux front page in the style of the magazine's cover stories. The front page stated a new invasion force had been destroyed by a "fantastic weapon" and, "following the exciting news of the Dalek defeat", Lincoln International had made available twenty-five Anti-Dalek Neutron Exterminators and one hundred Anti-Dalek Fluid Neutralizers [sic].

On the same page, a photograph of a Dalek with four vital spots marked on its casing was printed. For a chance of winning, all readers had to do was decide which target was the Dalek's weakest spot and therefore the best place to hit with a neutron exterminator shell. They also had to state their reasons by completing the sentence "My target spot is the Dalek's weakest point because...". The twenty-five entries which marked the correct spot and in the opinion of the judges gave the best completion of the sentence were declared the winners and awarded with a Anti-Dalek Neutron Exterminator each. One hundred runners-up each received an Anti-Dalek Fluid Neutraliser. The closing date was 8 December 1965.

Although it was originally announced the names of the winners would be printed in TV21 53, this did not happen. Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service told other agents in that issue that the winners would instead appear in TV21 54, owing to the number of entries. This new announcement proved to be accurate.
