Patient Zero was the one hundred and twenty-fourth monthly Doctor Who audio story produced by Big Finish Productions. Released in 2009, it featured Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor and India Fisher as Charley Pollard. This story also concluded thr story arc regarding the viruses from the Amethyst Viral Containment Station, which began with AUDIO: Urgent Calls.
